utilize the calendar application they frequent most.
We have created our service so it interfaces with the most popular
desktop and mobile calendars in use.
IceDesktop for Microsoft Outlook
The Microsoft Outlook calendar commands a major share of the corporate
desktop calendars. Our integration to Outlook following Microsoft’s
Add-In guidelines allows our users to receive their event appointments
and information directly into their Microsoft Outlook.
IceDesktop for Outlook™ connects our users calendar
directly to their
selected event providers such as their corporate travel agency.
Utilizing our application these travel events are delivered to the
Outlook calendar and kept in sync with the travel service provider when
they change within the travel service provider system.
In addition to the travel appointments in the calendar
the user
receives highly personalized itineraries customized by criteria ranging
from the company they work for to their individual preferences and
plans.
Software supported:
- Windows NT 4.0, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000,
or Windows XP (Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 requires Service Pack 6a.)
- Microsoft Outlook version 2000 and later

Mobile
For those clients using desktop calendars which we do not provide
direct integration to, we offer solutions which connect the Palm and
Pocket PC mobile calendars to our service.
We support most all versions of Palm and Pocket PC
devices.
IceDatebook for Pocket PC
IceDatebook for Pocket PC provides an interface to connect our user’s
calendar directly to the event service provider and link this calendar
event directly to a personalized web page of content.
This content can be accesses in a cached manner on the
device or for those devices with wireless Internet access, can be
assessed in real time.
Pocket PC
- Windows CE version 3.0 or later using Intel Strong
ARM or XScale processors.
- Memory Requirements: At least 920KB of free memory,
plus additional space for data (minimum 100K recommended).
- We currently do not support SH3 and MIPS processor
type devices.
- Microsoft PocketPC 2000, 2002, and 2003 devices are
supported.
- Microsoft PocketPC Mobile Phone Edition is not
supported, but phones are able to access the service via browser.
